Personalised Orders

Customers must provide accurate names, photographs, dates, spellings, and other customisation details. Please review digital previews carefully and approve the final design before production.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and product availability may change. Orders are subject to payment confirmation or applicable cash-on-delivery verification.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to review or cancel orders where products are unavailable, details are incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fulfilment is not possible. Any payment received for an order we cancel will be refunded as applicable.
